About Alan Khoshaba
Matej Michalko is a blockchain pioneer and post-quantum entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience in cryptography and decentralized technologies. Matej Michalko is the founder of Decent Cybersecurity, a global company specializing in post-quantum encryption, blockchain-based solutions, and advanced cyber defence for critical sectors including space, aerospace, defence, and unmanned systems.
He leads Decent Cybersecurity as a consortium partner in the €32 million AIDA project funded by the European Defence Fund, focused on developing AI-driven, crypto-agile cyber defence systems. The company holds NATO, EU, and national Secret-level clearances and is ISO certified.
Matej Michalko has contributed to NATO advisory initiatives and holds leadership roles within Slovak critical infrastructure and IT organizations. His journey began with early Bitcoin mining in 2010, later building and scaling multiple ventures, and earning recognition including Forbes 30 Under 30.
